What Willo keeps
Everything Willo remembers about you, in one place. Change anything, or erase it. Erased means erased: it's gone from our side and from her window.
What your friends see
Your messages with friends are kept 90 days, and only you and that friend can read them.
How she talks to you
Your journey
The add-on writes your journey as you play, in your game folder: the places you find, quests, people you meet, foes, bosses and dungeons, deaths, levels, spells, mounts, professions, good finds, reputation and books. Willo reads it there to remember where you've been. We keep a copy for your profile page.
To erase our copy, delete your profile on your account page. That also disconnects Willo, since otherwise her next copy would bring it back. Your journey in the game folder stays yours.
Your chats with Willo
Your chats stay in her window on your computer, never with us, and so do the pictures of the game she took when you let her see it. To delete a chat, open it in her window and press Delete at its top. To clear them all, use Erase everything below.
Erase everything
Erases everything on this page at once.
This erases, for good:
This stays:
- Your journey and your profile page (delete those on your account page)
- What your friends see, until you stop sharing above, and your friends and messages
- How she talks to you and your tales (change them on Willo's style)
- Your account, your plan and your payments
Willo stays connected and starts remembering again from your next question. To stop her keeping your questions, turn off the switch under Your questions.
Who else handles what you send Willo, and for how long: privacy.
